Hello All,

Anyone knows the contact phone number to reach Ottawa for inquiries please?

I'm wondering if they received our Medical Result that was done in October.

Thanks in advance.

You can fax them at the CIC Medical Services Branch - Ottawa. Fax number is 613-941-9528 I also had 613-954-8653 and sent my request there and got a reply right away, but they crossed that number off my cover sheet with their reply - which was sent from the 941-9528 number, so try that one first.

When is the right time to follow up with Ottawa about my medical result? My file has been forwarded to Buffalo and I just got confirmation email from them today.

Does Ottawa only communicate by fax? I can fax them but I have no fax number that they can fax back to me. Is there other way I can contact them?

Hello Everyone, my application was received on 10/27/2011 but status still shows as following in e-cas.

We received your application for permanent residence on October 27, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

Should I be concerned that it's going to be almost a year and still does not show status as "in process" even though cases from Jan - May of 2012 have been approved and processed. I am a Naturalized U.S. Citizen living in California and I was born in India and my wife is a Canadian citizen. CIC has stated on numerous emails that they don't need anything from us but that they have a large number of files that they are working thru. Any advice or suggestions, would be very much appreciated.
