OTHM Level 6+7 and TOP up MBA Distant learning for Express entry.

Hello, I'm from Pakistan and I'm seeking answers to the following query. I need assistance from individuals with relevant knowledge and experience.

I am currently pursuing Level 6+7 Diplomas from an OTHM approved center in Pakistan. After completing these, I am planning to undertake a Top-Up MBA, either from Anglia Ruskin University or potentially another institution, through distance learning. I have three questions:

1. What would be the equivalency of a Level 6+7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership for WES Canada?
2. The diplomas I am pursuing are from an OTHM approved center, so the awarding body might differ, but the certificates will be issued by OTHM with Ofqual and OTHM logos. Will this make a difference?
3. The MBA transcript will indicate that the MBA was completed through distance learning, with credit hours exempted based on the diplomas earned. Will this have an impact on equivalency or Express Entry points?
