Other Financially Dependent People

Hi all,

On form 5532, question 3, it asks to give other people who are financially dependent on me as the sponsor. Do I need to list my spouse, who I am sponsoring? I wanted to make sure since it says people not already listed in tables above, but spouse's info was listed at the top of the page 1 already.

The form says to list people not otherwise appearing on the form, who are financially dependent on you.
