Section 5 of the Document Checklist - requires most recent study permit if you have studied in Canada.
Section 6 of the Document Checklist - requires the most recent work permit if you have worked in Canada.
If you are currently residing in Canada, either of these will serve as evidence of lawful admission (assuming one or both are for 1 or more years). If you have all your permits, it certainly won't hurt to include photocopies of all of them, but it is not necessary.
If you have Canadian stamps in your passport, include photocopies of those as well.
The "Other Documents" section is a bit weird for CEC applicants, because it seems to assume you are living anywhere but Canada...
