Other than Original set of educational mark statements, will the CIC accepts notarized mark statements and certificates?

Hello,

I suggest you have all the original documents with you along with the notarized xerox copies. I guess the process is all the same in all the Indian consulate in US. But be careful in the one in NY. You are in for a long queue and very unprofessional staff at the consulate if you intend to go there in person.
