I was informed that I can get my PCC through BLS for my PR. But currently BLS is accepting only postal applications. My friends, who had earlier applied through BLS direct dropins, informed me that BLS employees check the original and we are expected to submit only the photocopies. But now since I have to submit through postal, should I submit my original passport too?
