Original Ilets test certificate lost but have copy one

Hello dear.

I have applied my citizenship with all docs. I passed test and got my interview email. But I donot know where is original ielts result certificate. I have soft copy of that certificate. Will it create any problem during interview of citizenship. Please guide me.

They might need your original IELTS degree during the interview. Do your best to get the original one. If you can’t, you should explain why you don’t have it. Whether it leads to a problem or not is undetermined. However, in my personal opinion, you’ll be fine. Just prepare to give them an honest detailed explanation.

No, it won't create any problem at all. Haven't you sent the original IELTS along with your PR application?

No I sent copy with PR application as long as I know. Its story of 6 year back. Usually do they ask for original ielts via ms team or not ?
