It has almost been two months since I was notified by WES that my ECA was ready and sent, however I have not been able to receive it till now. Then they notified that a copy has also been sent, but I have not received that either. Is there any chance that I can provide the print out version of the ECA report available online and provide that for the OINP. Otherwise, I only have around a week left till my deadline for submitting an application passes. Would appreciate a timely response. Cheers.

Sure. Make sure you write a letter and explain the situation that you have not received the ECA report from OINP and waiting for its arrival. Satisfy in the letter that you will send OINP the ECA report AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. Also, attach with the letter the printouts of the email exchanges you had with WES as a proof that you really haven't received your report yet.ashcobar said:
