Original Documents not returned by London CHC.

Hi All

I am asking for advice about how to request original document which was not returned by london chc.

My first application was rejected at local chc (london) in january 2010 and i am still waiting for refund.

I have sent a case specific enquiry to london chc asking for original documents ( IELTS result & other docs) but till date i have not received anything. It was clearly in rejection letter that processing fees will be returned in 4 to 6 weeks and any original documents i have submitted are being returned to you but i have not received either of them so far.

I got AOR second time from NS, Canada and i have to submit full docs again, i need some of original documents for submission.

Any advice will be helpfull.

Well, the only way is to contact them. try to send a direct email instead of case specific inquiry as you did already. So, hope they will get back to you, don't they have any phone line? I have read some place you can reach them by phone. Some times it take little longer then normal to get things back from embassy, maybe couple of weeks more?

Would you mind telling me the reason Y your application was rejected earlier?

also did you send your Original Educational Documents to CHC ? which country are u filling your application from to london chc?

Could you please share what happened with your case so it ends up with rejection, please dont get offended, I am a person who learn from others mistakes. it will definatly help me and others.

If your application was refused at London, then it was processed and is unlikely that you will receive a refund.
You will most likely not be getting your PCCs and IELTS back.

Yes u may not get any of orignal document sent to CHC...moreover after refusal u cant claim for refund...

I got rejected at London after getting AOR. My ECAS never went to In Process.

I got rejection letter saying that refund will be processed in 4 to 6 weeks also letter clearly says that any original document you have submitted are being returned to you.

I am eligible for refund as my application never processed at London CHC and rejected at first stage.

Please let me know what do you think?

I applied again to NS, Canada with fresh new application and got AOR again for which i need my original documents for submission.

Any advice will be helpfull.

If your application was refused at London, then it was processed and is unlikely that you will receive a refund.
You will most likely not be getting your PCCs and IELTS back.

I am currently in UK and my application rejected at london CHC during first stage saying that VO not satisfied with my duties fall in relevant NOC.

I have submitted original IELTS, Bank Statements, Transcripts, PCCs...
