Can someone help with the procedure to obtain ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE FROM DELHI UNIVERSITY(SOUTH CAMPUS) .

Go to the vice chancelor's office in north campus, and then ask around for examination office (that is what its called). There are several windows, you will have to ask around, one of them will help you. I did not do this, because provisional degree works for WES. But, I did go to one of Windows, WES absolutely does need the Transcripts of your marks.
