Hello everyone!

I was wondering how you all organized your proof documents in the application? I understand that they should be in specific order as per the CIC website, but additionally, did you all organize it in a certain way? We're thinking of putting everything in a duotang and organizing the proof by month (month 1 to 12). We were just curious as to how others in the past have done it.

Secondly, the application asks for a maximum of 20 photos of us as a couple. Do these photos have to be during the 12 month cohabitation period, or can we provide pictures from other years as well (been together for 5 years)?

Lastly is it okay to add additional documents that the application may not have specifically asked for? We're thinking of writing up a letter of our relationship story, to give the officers a better understanding of how we met up until our decision to apply for common-law sponsorship.

Thanks again for all of the help!

No binders. So stay away from the duotang.

Just clip things together with a paperclip.

The 20 photos can be anytime.
