Hi I'm almost ready to apply inland application, but I'm not submitting the new system. Because I have been preparing so much for the old system, and too tiring to start things over again :( (Even CIC says they still accept the old system until the end of January 2017).

I am applying for the pr through common law in Canada family sponsorship. My girlfriend is sponsoring me, and I'm a South Korean applicant. Our relationship has been together for more than 3 years and lived more than 2 years. Also, we just had a baby 2 weeks ago (I know it wouldn't affect that much for the application).

I just wanna confirm that I'm good to go for the application before submitting it. I'm going to envelop the documents into 3 parts which would be sponsor, applicant and evidences.

Envelope 1 - Sponsorship Application Contents
1. Barcode Page
2. IMM 5443 - Document Checklist
3. IMM 1344
4. IMM 5481
5. Copy 2 of receipt of payment
6. Photocopy of passport
7. Photocopy of birth certificate
8. Original Option C print out
9. Original letter from current employer

Envelope 2 - Immigration forms
1. Barcode Page
2. IMM 0008
3. IMM 5406
4. IMM 5669
5. IMM 5285
6. Family relation certificate and basic certificate translated and certified by ATIO with original copies instead of birth certificate (because South Korea doesn't have it)
7. Photocopy of passport
8. Original police certificate
9. Proof of medical exam (was done by e Medical system)
10. Immigration photos (2 photos)
11. Baby's birth certificate (I don't think I need anything else to inform about him since he is born in Canada and me and my gf are biological parents)

Envelope 3 - Supporting Evidence: Proof of Genuine Relationship - Throughout both the sponsorship and applicant applications we simply referenced them to specific appendices to avoid redundancy - that way everything stayed together in one area. The list below is pretty standard - I would think all applications need this as a minimum. We included probably at least 5 other appendices not listed below that were specific to our situation (i.e. proof of joint health insurances, listed as beneficiaries etc.) but they might not be applicable to all.

- Supporting letters (4 friends from me and 3 people of my gf's family) -> They are not notarized (I heard people say that it should be okay without notary public)
- Photos of relationship (They are around 25-30 photos) ->A lot of pictures don't have two of us together because we took each other (They look obvious that we are together,
even each picture doesn't have two of us)
- Mails are hers and mine from previous and current residence
- Joint bank account activities
- Proof of cohabitation (Copies of residential lease, tenant recommendation, rent receipts)
- Proof of travel together (Pictures of stamps on passport and flight tickets)
- Proof of her health insurance (I'm under her insurance as common law partner)

And, I'm not sure that I need "statutory declaration of common law union" thing. She is not my co-signer, so I don't think I need one. Just wondering that it would be better to have one or it wouldn't matter not to have one.

Thank you for the time to read the long story :)
