Ordering Notes - ATIP Consent Form- Doubt in Section 2

Dear All,

I would be grateful if someone could address the below query I have with respect to ordering notes for my PR application:

It has been four months since I have got any update on my case so I am thinking of getting notes ordered through one of my close relatives in Canada (for which one has to now fill in the new ATIP consent form) . My confusion is that in ATIP form section 2, you are asked 'applicant details' (which is me, I got that). But 2.1 has 'related individual's info' . So, should I fill my wife's details in it or not as she is a dependent applicant in our application?

Any help on the above would be greatly appreciated please.

Yes, otherwise the notes you receive will exclude her information.
