Ordering gcms notes. How do I know the Visa Office?

I am FSW outland from India. I am not sure about the VO. I am ordering the gcms notes and I need to fillout the Visa Office city and country location. I am not sure if I should mention Ottawa and Canada or New Delhi India/Kolkata India.

What did you enter,
I had a similar question yesterday.
I entered new Delhi India just assuming this as I received a call from new Delhi in April.

You do not need to select a visa office when you are applying for your gcms. The column is optional and not a requirement. Just make sure your EE number is accurate Also, you can follow the below thread for more info on gcms:
