You can now submit your request using the ATIP Online Request tool, which is accessible via: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ or send your request by mail.

As of May 13, 2013, we will no longer accept ATIP requests submitted by fax or e-mail.

I just had found a company who can help people to get their GCMS notes. More over one can track the order to know the status.
