Ordered ATIP since 5 weeks but I never received it

Hello dear all,
I have ordered ATIP under privacy act since 5 weeks ago but I never received it into my email, I received a confirmation of order submittal on-line and got a temporary ref. number, I emailed them at atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca , but got an automated reply: NEW ATIP PROCEDURES!, Submit your ATIP Request Online!.

Do anyone know how to contact them to inquire about my application?, I couldn't find their contact other than the above email.

Okay,
You need to click on the link I mentioned to you. Create your request again and provide them the temporary reference number that you have in that email reply you received.

Ask them to expedite the process as it has passed the stage of 30 days.

If you do not receive a reply in 3 business days, complaint to the privacy commission following the link FAQ

It takes about a month, I requested mine the first week of January and got it last week..22 pages

I only got 3 pages

How many times did you enter Canada lol.

I ordered first week of January, got it this week. So about 6-7 weeks.

Three times...and it was 22 pages, it contains info since the time the application was received unti Dec 18, when they mailed the Notification to Prepare
