Hi all Mates in here,

Well i am Bangalore, India. Well, in this forum found a lot of help from the people around. Just wanted to check in what are the Documents / Eligibility / options required for obtaining a PR Status?

Some background about me - am a Post graduate in International Business and have around 3.2 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in IT Industry. I also have more then one year of Continuous full time paid work experience in a reputed organization.

Well, to my knowledge and according to few research i have, shows that i need a continues one year of paid Experience and the skill what i have should be mentioned in the Category too. that all qualifies, But the feedback from few oversee consultancy says that i need hard cash too in my account. is that true?

can anybody provide me some valid feedback and avoid this confusion in me.

Awaiting for you valuable information / Suggestion.

Regards,
Mhd. Afzal

Here you go: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

You need to find a category there that you could qualify for. Sometimes it involves being of a certain occupation, getting points, sometimes it's about business experience, net worth and investment, sometimes you need a job offer etc. To be able to apply, you need to find a way to qualify.

Thanks Leon, it was very informative.. but to be frank December is almost over, and to my knowledge there is certain limits where the Canadian government allots the Visa.. like 1000 Skilled worker (example).. so how do i find out whether i can go forward for the application or as the Canadian govt still accept the visa forms?

The caps will be reset again on July 1st 2011 and it is possible that the list of occupations will change again.
