Options for ECA: which organization and which degrees?

Hi,

There are five nominated agents for assessing our education qualification(s) and provide an ECA:

Which one is preferable in terms of COST:
1. Comparative Education Service: University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
2. International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
3. World Education Services
4. International Qualifications Assessment Service and
5. International Credential Evaluation Service

Did you assess ALL your degrees, i.e., PhD, MSc and BSc. Or only the highest degree (in my case, PhD) would be sufficient?

How about the secondary and post-secondary education?

Any thoughts?
