So , i tried to figure it out but i still haven’t came a cross an article which explain this in the detail, so “What would be the options if not receiving PGWP?”

If for some reason your PGWP is refused because you didn't finish your studies or weren't a full time student or you took an unscheduled break or you attended a school that doesn't qualify for a PGWP or for some other reason, then you should assume it will be extremely difficult to remain in Canada and be able to work. In order to do that, you would need to find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and also get an approved LMIA. Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to do this.
