Option C says I'm single while we were married.

We were just about to mail off my wife's application but I noticed that the Option C says 'single'. My accountant must have ticked the wrong box during filing.

Will this be an issue? This was during the time I was married and living overseas with my wife.

I doubt it, I filed as single for 2 years since my husband was only in Canada as a visitor. They didn't question anything about it.

Because Printout C option is for last year and you got married this year. so basically it is showing your status for last year ( in which you were single)

Just to clarify - we have been married since 2010 so the Option C was definitely during our marriage.
