As soon as your tax return is processed I would send in a copy of the notice of assessment through case specific enquiry.

Are you currently in Canada? Because you can't sponsor as a PR if you are outside the country. Also, I assume you are ok with your residency requirements? They really don't like PR's who leave right after getting their PR, especially to work.

It's ok to not provide an Option C because you didn't file taxes here for legit reasons, such as working in another country and having little or no ties to Canada. However, in this case you are a PR, you should show proof of building ties to Canada even if you are already in Canada. You don't want them thinking you intend to take off when your wife gets here.

Thank you so much . I am fine with the residency obligation . I was out because my wife is Syrian and i have to stay with her until we manage our conditions well. and yes , i am in Canada Now and i submit the application . My intent is to settled her forever .

I wish if they will not return back my application .

Thank you

When you get a case number send in NOA of option C here. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
