Opted-in on April 6 but I haven't received anything. Anyone in the same situation?

Hi there,

I opted in on April 6 and nothing happened while couple of my friends received their papers in mail. Then, I opted again on April 18 but still there is nothing. The page says we received your application you opted in but nothing has changed on my profile not received any mail.

Anyone in similar situation, what to do ?

I think because of so many glitches they have stopped any process.

I applied on April 13
Nothing so far
