I'm currently trying to see whether it would be worth for my partner to fill in a profile for EE.
For this reason, I'm trying to evaluate her credentials myself before paying out money to an accredited company and I would appreciate your opinions on the following:
She has a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Catering (4 years in total including 6 months ERASMUS abroad).
She also obtained a professional certificate in tour guiding (1 academic year) straight after her high school diploma and before starting her bachelor's, however, this certificate was obtained in the same secondary school where she did her high school diploma.
FYI: This course cannot be taken without a high-school diploma
Do you think that WES will validate both credentials as a "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees"?
We have translated the certificate from Hungarian to English and here's some of the information we came up with:
"Szent Laszlo Gymnasium and Secondary Special School
Budapest Kobanyai City Council
Guide Courses, NEL (National Educational List) 54 78 72 02
In the presence of the Examination Board of the Szent Laszlo Gymnasium and Secondary Special School she passed the examinations successfully with the following results:
Professional Theory: Good
Professional Practice (German): Excellent
This Certificate confirms the qualification of the Guide
under identification number 54 78 72 02
determined in the National Educational List 12§ LXXVI. Act of 1993
Budapest, on this third day of June, 2008"
I'm sorry for this long thread but I would really appreciate if someone could give me their opinion as to whether we should go ahead with the evaluation by an accredited company as this will determine whether or not applying for EE would be a good option.
