I got my refusal because of not sending a requested information,but I didn’t receive any email or request regarding to send any information in my portal.I called ircc agent and they told me they will leave a reconsideration for the officer and I got my confirmation email due to the documents are visible for officer.am I supposed to wait for decision or I should reapply?

You should wait for decision. What is your current status now ? If you are running out of status you should apply new application.
You should then wait for reconsideration request to open your application again by Visa officer .
how many days to wait for the response from officer, i should reapply before 6 month staying in Canada, Right?
