How do we submit the open work permit application online? Inland sponsorship, we have read that it has to be done online now. TI A

You don't. Paper application with the PR app.

Hi, thanks..I eventually figured it out..u have to submit online now..and provide documents in your paper based application as well.
I think it recently changed.

No, it hasn't changed for inland apps. Only those with AIP from their inland app can apply online. You must apply by paper.

@canuck_in_uk thank you so much for the info. If we applied online and paper-based will that be an issue.

We sent off our paper application with all the requirements for open work permit as well. We also did an online application for open work permit.

Hope it doesnt cause a confusion, I did explain in a letter of explanation that we are applying online was well.

The online app will be refused. I don't know if that will cause any issues for the paper app.
