I am submitting Common law sponsorship with my Canadian bf and also the open work permit
I am living in Canada right now
Is there any way I can get the open work permit really soon? Like before Oct... Cause my working holiday visa expires in Oct.

No - there's no expedite process and no special cases.

Processing of the OWP will take 3-4 months - so you're looking at November/December before you receive it.
