Hello Guys! please i would like to ask if its possible for a graduate student to apply for an Open work permit. My wife is in canada and has PGWP, she also has a full time job that is categorised under NOC skill B. I will finish my masters program soon and would like to join her. Do i need to have a full time job in order to apply for this or can i apply as a graduate student?
