I left Canada for India in Feb 2016 and my student visa has since expired. I have my Post Graduation Open Work Permit valid from June 2016 till March 2019. I received my work permit issued by CIC while I am here but my situation is like I am in India right now so I am applying for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to return to Canada. When I checked the CIC website there was a separate column for the work permit fees and open work permit fees. I am not clear about the total fees that I have to pay. And also if I process my visa through VFS, do I need to validate the form or just fill the form and submit to the VFS?
