Hi,

At present my wife she is going to finish her studies this December 23 and she is on study permit and planning to apply for Post graduation work permit. I know that for sure she will get the PGWP. And I Am on open work permit right now . But My open work permit is going to get expire in the month of march 2016.So ,can any one please help me in getting it how to renew my open work permit.

In order to renew your OWP, your wife needs to secure a full time job that is NOC A, B, or 0 once she is on the PGWP. You can then apply to extend your OWP.

She needs to be working in a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0. It can't be any job - it has to be a skilled job - and it must be full time.

We are planning to apply together to get her post graduation work permit and renewal of my open work permit.
So,with the Job offer letter to my wife can we apply?Because with out work permit she cannot do the job.

And where can I find the documents to file with the application?

Your wife will apply for her PGWP, a job offer is not necessary for this.

Once she obtains it, and is working in an eligible job, you can then apply for an OWP as her spouse.

Yes.

Note: If you have an open work permit (e.g. post-graduation work permit, International Experience Canada, et cetera) your spouse must attach a copy of your work permit to their application for an open work permit, along with a:

letter from your current employer that confirms you work there in a NOC 0, A or B occupation, or a copy of your employment offer or contract, and
copy of your recent pay slips.
