Open Work Permit

Hi all,
My spouse has open work permit till August 30, 2014 and so is her TRV.
She is currently in Bangladesh and studying.
For some reason, she wants to come in early September.

What would be the procedure for me to extend her Work permit/TRV from Bangladesh?
