open work permit

Hi..
i am applying for open work permit for canada.
i am an BE(Bachlors of Engineering).i have all the marksheet of BE and before that i have done diploma.i have got all the marksheet of diploma too.but i got failed in 12th standard(i have its marksheet) .
is it necessary to give 12th marksheet while applying for canada visa ??
will it make any difference if i wont put 12th marksheet in documents while submission

I suggest you post your comment in another section of the forum ( Skilled workers most likely), and most people here are sponsoring their spouses for PR, and education etc. is not a criteria.
