open work permit

i have passed 10+2 non medical in 2011 and after that i done my diploma in computing and in jan. 2013 i got 5.5 bands in ielts each 5.5.
can i apply for open work permit in toronto,canada? my age is 20+6 months.
please tell me..

Hi, I want to ask because I've read about the open work permit. according to CIC once the Live in Caregiver PR applicant is Approved in Principle the dependent children is qualified to get OWP. what is the requirements of getting OWP?
