Open Work Permit with Province Nomination

good morning. Does anyone know how (if it's possible) to apply for an Open Work Permit once i have my Nomination from a Province (Alberta is the Province i had Nomination from)?

You can be nominated even having a Temporary Work Permit allowing you to work for one Company only
