Open Work Permit with PR

When applying for the OWP with the sponsorship application, do we need to attach the separate checklist (document checklist worker in canada applicant-imm5556e), it asks to provide documents that will be sent with the PR package (ie. marriage certificate, passport info, visa, etc) or do we just need to attach the application to change conditions, extend stay form?

keep the OWP documents together and place the OWP checklist on top.......keep the sponsorship documents together and place the sponsorship checklist on top......place the OWP package on top of the sponsorship checklist and mail the entire package to IRCC.
