I was trying to find answers for my questions but I am confused.
I already submitted my application for PR sponsor but without work permit. I already got AOR and now I decided that I want to get OWP because my temporary visa will expire in March and I believe the process will be ready only in July (According to ECAS). My question is should I mail the OWP package to Mississauga (the same place I sent everything or Edmonton? I didn't receive AIP yet. My question is based on the information below:

If the sponsorship application hasn’t been submitted yet:
- Put the sponsorship, permanent residence and open work permit applications into one envelope.
- Make sure to include:
- all supporting documents for all applications, and
- proof of payment, for all applications.
- Send the envelope to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario.
- Mail the completed application
- Make sure to include:
- All supporting documents, and
- Proof of payment.
- Your spouse or partner can apply online or on paper for an open work permit.
- If they apply on paper, mail the completed application.
- Make sure to include:
- All supporting documents, and
- Proof of payment
- Put the completed forms, supporting documents and fee payment receipt in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9" x 12") envelope. Do not include a prepaid envelope with your application.
- Address the envelope as follows:
- For extensions including:
- work permit extension,
- open work permit extension
