Open work permit visa

Hi please anyone help me!!!!
I am from india. I am looking to work in Canada. To work in Canada is my long time dream. Recently I seen open work permit visa in government of Canada website. I don't about that visa. Please explain me about that visa. And what are the eligible criteria for that visa.

You most likely don't qualify for an open work permit. Open work permits are only granted to people who meet certain criteria - for example, have a spouse who is already working as a foreign worker in Canada on a work permit and who has a job that is skill level NOC A, B or 0 - or have a spouse who is studying in Canada as an international student. If you are in India and simply want to work in Canada, this isn't enough to qualify for an open work permit. You'll need to find an employer who is willing to give you a full time job and who can obtain an approved LMIA before you can apply for a work permit.
