Hello Canada Visa Team,
I had married to a Canadian Citizen on 01-May-2015. I had applied for Visitor Visa on two different occasions but unfortunately It had been denied both the times.
I Applied in March 2017, my wife was a student at that time, so I got an invitation from my family friend who is based in Canada as Permanent Citizen. The reasons stated in rejection letter are as follows:-
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. Travel history
2. Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. Purpose of visit
I applied again in Sept 2018, by this time I visited two foreign countries , my wife had completed her studies and started earning, so this time I got an invitation letter from her.
In the application I made my purpose of visit very clear that I want to visit my wife & In-laws in Canada as I was travelling to USA while applying, along with the return tickets but again my visa got rejected due to the following reasons:-
1. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
2. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
3. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
Please guide what to do as PR is going to take a lot of time or if there is any other way.
I am in process of applying Open Work Permit as well but I am little bit confused in what to write in the section where they asked HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REFUSED A VISA OR PERMIT. Pg 4 of IMM 1295, BACKGROUND VERIFICATION 2(B).
Please guide further.
