Open work permit refusal

Yesterday I got a decision for my spousal open work permit stating refused on the grounds of not meeting requirements though we had enough funds and everything required were provided but today I recieved another email stating your application status has changes when I open my account there is no message or change. What does 'your application status has changes mean'
