Open work permit query

Hi All

I have a query. I applied to CIC for PR after receiving LOA form Manitoba. As PR processing takes quite amount of time so in the mean time I want to apply for the temporary open work permit during the PR application processing. FYI I am from Bangladesh & I don't have any job offer from Manitoba. I just want to know can I apply for temporary open work permit right now? Kindly enlighten me.

You need check with Manitoba for this. MINP have to provide you support letter so you can apply OWP
