Hey,
After going through all Canada's immigration website I couldn't find any answer to an issue which I have. So maybe anyone will share their opinion/experience in here
My plan was simple: enter Canada to activate an open working permit before the deadline and leave after a few days so I could get my things sorted back home.
However on arrival, immigration officer started checking my documents and found out that my medical has already expired and refused to issue a work permit for a full year. Instead, I've got a permit for 6 months only with a condition written that I must submit a new medical exam within 30 days.
My question: can this medical check be done in my home country like before or it must be in Canada? Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks!
