My spousal work permit was returned because i paid less amount, I paid the difference and sent to application they received it on May 22.

Unfortunately when you have to re send the OWP app on its own you can expect longer than usual processing time around 4-5 months. Recently it has been taking about 2 months to get OWP approval but you can expect longer because it was returned unfortunately
