I am a PR and will be soon submitting my application to sponsor my partner inland. She will be applying for OWP. I was wondering whether I need to include my UCI number in the OWP application. On the OWP checklist it says "if you are the dependant of another applicant, provide the UCI of your family member who is the primary applicant".

Now I am a PR, I am not an applicant. I shouldnt be providing my UCI, correct?

No, since your spouse doesn’t have a UCI yet, you should leave it blank.

But my common law partner has got a Uci nr because she is non accompanying family member on my express entry app for PR. She was examined as part of the process. Now I am applying to sponsor her. So whose Uci nr should I provide on her OWP app if any?

Reading this description it sounds like it's asking for the uci of the primary applicant if that's not her. In this case it is her. So leave blank? Not sure if it wasps for her own uci somewhere else on the form?

In that case, yes, if your partner already has a UCI you should be including her existing UCI on all the forms, including her OWP forms

Thanks. I will probably leave it unchecked because it says "if you are the dependant of another applicant, provide the UCI of your family member who is the primary applicant". It sounds like they are asking for my UCI number, but I as a PR am not applying for anything. Or do they mean my sponsorship application?

Just leave it blank. No big deal.

Good to hear from you. Thanks. With regards to her return flight back to the UK...does it have to be the same city she will land at? If we land in Vancouver, but her return ticket says Toronto to London, is it going to be a problem?
