Hi,

I have got two years open work permit for Ontario and plan to relocate to Ontario in July 2.

Appreciate if you can answer the following questions:

1. What does the employer need to do if they hire me? I work as an incorporated contractor or permanent employee? (The question was asked by a recruiter, could you please tell me the difference in being an incorporated contractor and permanent employee)

2. Will my dependents enjoy medical and free education in Ontario? Two of my kids have got Study Permits and wife & infant have got multiple non resident visas.

3. How can I get 'Ontario Government Contractor Security Screening Clearance'?

You said that u have got study permit for your kids. Have filled IMM1294E for them??, if yes, what you have specified in section "DETAILS OF INTENDED STUDY IN CANADA" and "EMPLOYMENT" ??
