Open work permit from India, stamp visa, what pendency is, need help?

hi everyone,
i had applied open work permit from india, on 25th june i got my open work visa and stamped,
it is about month month now. but there is correspondence letter/border crossing letter is
pending, i don't know what is that letter. i daily check GCkey, but from one month i did not get
any update regarding this letter.

1. it is mandatory letter
2. do i need that letter while travelling or i can travel without that letter
3. how much time it will take to give me,

I believe you need work authorization letter. Basically they say work permit will be issued only at port of entry.
Please check with agent/send an enquiry to embassy. You may be able to travel with the stamped visa.
When did you give your biometrics?
Have you submitted upfront medical too?

I have applied my SOWP on Jun 6th still waiting.

15th june i got passport request
25th i received stamped on passport.
i almost one month completed

MM thats rare. After getting the stamped visa, again if there is a Hussle..

It looks like you can travel as you have the stamped visa, however you may not get the work permit approved at POW.
I am not expert in this matter to confirm. But just giving you some info that I found at IRCC site

with LMIA and Intercompany transfer my WP took a couple of months !

can you share the list of documents you provided ? I'm waiting for my SOWP, would help to see what expedited the process.
