I would like to apply for souse work permit and I have noc b, 2282 as a user support technician and my wage hourly 16.30$. My question here, is it mandatory that there should be a median wage involved which is for Toronto region (30$ ) or minimum wage (18$) or is there no criteria involved as such ???
