OPEN WORK PERMIT FOR SPOUSE

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR MY STUDY PERMIT, I WANT TO KNOW CAN MY SPOUSE APPLY FOR AN OPEN WORK PERMIT FOR THE PERIOD OF MY STUDY?

SHOULD WE APPLY FOR HIS OWP AFTER I HAVE RECIEVED MY STUDY PERMIT OR SHOULD WE APPLY FOR BOTH AT THE SAME TIME?


I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO BOTH A 1 YEAR AND 2 YEAR PROGRAMME AND I AM TRYING TO DECIDE WHICH COURSE WOULD BE BEST FOR ME TO DO.

Yes you apply for an open permit for your spouse and yes the application can be submitted at the same time you apply for your study permit

Work permits are for work only. If she chooses to study now or at some later date she will have to apply for a.study permit.

i am saying like she applied for study and also same time i applied for my work permit then both gonna approve but after some time she will not want to study then what happened to my work permit ?

Nothing will happen to your work permit.

I have a closed work permit and my spouse have a open Work permit (received as she accompanied me), these both WP are going to expire on 2017. My job with the employer is going to end this august. Can I apply for Open work permit on behalf of my spouse's Open WP.
