My husband is applying for open working permit. He is working in US. I have below questions:
1) Will he be allowed to travel to Canada on an open work permit? Or does he necessarily need visitor visa?
2) Will he get an open work permit even if he does not have a job offer from any employer in Canada?
3) What would happen to his open work permit if I have to go back to India?
