Open work permit for Spouse after getting PGWP

Hello,
This may be a silly question, but I'm confused. I came here to study and my spouse has SOWP which expires on 30th April 2023. Now, I completed my study and I got PGWP for 3 years. Now, regarding work permit for my spouse, do I have to apply for new work permit for my spouse or do I have to apply for an extension of the existing work-permit which she has? Thanks for your help.

Do you have a job in NOC 0, A or B?
