Open Work Permit for (outland) Spousal PR applicant now in canada

Hello,

I am a PR holder and have sponsored my wife under spousal PR (which is still under process) Meanwhile her Visitor visa got approved so she will be coming here next week.

Does anyone know if she would be eligible to get work permit until she gets her PR?
