Open work permit for my spouse along with my work permit

I got a job offer in Canada. I am applying for work permit and TRV. I would like to also apply for an open work permit for my spouse. Can I apply for open work permit for my spouse along with my work permit. Please let me know what are the forms to be filled for both applications.
